Please include your name, order number, items, recipient information, and reason for return. If the request is due to a change of mind and is approved by us, please ship the product back directly (shipping fees are the customer's responsibility). Returns sent without prior authorization will not be processed. Please be noted that returns may incur additional costs based on domestic courier fees, international airfare, etc.
