Hinok's THE SOAP differs from ordinary soaps, as it is not based on purified water. Instead, it utilizes Jeju Hinoki Cypress Water and Oil as its foundation, enriched with blends of tea tree, bergamot, rosemary, and patchouli essential oils, enhancing its fragrance.

Please store THE SOAP in a cool place away from direct sunlight. Due to its natural moisturizing agents designed for enhanced moisture retention, storing it in a humid or warm environment may cause the surface to develop sticky water droplets or discoloration. Therefore, before use, we recommend storing it in a cool area outside of the bathroom.

Shipping Fee

Changes to shipping address or cancellations can't be made after the order status is "preparing for shipment." Orders can't be canceled due to shipping delays. Exchange/Return
You have 7 days from delivery to request an exchange or return. To start a return or exchange, please contact us at cs@hinok.life. Please include your name, order number, items, recipient information, and reason for return. If the request is due to a change of mind and is approved by us, please ship the product back directly (shipping fees are the customer's responsibility). Returns sent without prior authorization will not be processed. Please be noted that returns may incur additional costs based on domestic courier fees, international airfare, etc.
Non-Returnable/Exchangeable Cases.
We cannot accept returns for orders over 7 days old, intentionally damaged products, items altered from their original condition, products with no purchase record on our online store, or returns made to us without prior inquiry, as well as products unsuitable for resale due to being opened and used.
